The management of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) has officially commenced the sale of the Post-UTME form for the 2025/2026 academic session. This is part of the screening process for candidates who applied for undergraduate admission through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or Direct Entry (DE) and chose UNIJOS as their first-choice institution.
Aspiring students are strongly advised to check and meet all the admission requirements before applying for the form. Meeting the cut-off marks and other eligibility conditions is crucial, as this determines whether you can proceed to the Post-UTME stage.

UNIJOS Admission Requirements 2025/2026
To be eligible for undergraduate admission into the University of Jos (UNIJOS) and to apply for the Post-UTME screening, all candidates must ensure they meet the following requirements.
Candidates must:-
- Choose the University of Jos as their first-choice institution in the JAMB UTME or Direct Entry (DE) application.
- Score at least the institutional cut-off mark and meet the differential cut-off for their chosen course/programme as set by the University.
- Have five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS, including English Language and Mathematics, and other subjects required for their chosen course.
- Ensure that O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal before Post-UTME registration.
- Direct Entry candidates must possess recognized advanced qualifications such as A-level passes, National Diploma (ND), or National Certificate in Education (NCE). DE applicants must also meet all other eligibility conditions.
- Be aware that a maximum of two different O’Level results can be used if necessary.

Steps to Apply for UNIJOS Post-UTME 2025/2026
All candidates are required to follow these simple steps to complete their Post-UTME registration:
- Go to https://portal.unijos.edu.ng.
- Click on Form Application and choose 2025/2026 UTME/DE Screening.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click Get Started.
- Create an account or log in:
- For new users: Provide your phone number, active email, and password, then confirm your password and click Sign Up.
- Check your email for a confirmation link and activate your account.
- For returning users: Log in using your registered email and password.
- From your dashboard, click Pay Screening Charges and complete the payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) using your preferred channel (ATM card, bank branch, or internet banking). Bank charges are exclusive.
- Input your five relevant O’Level subjects, grades, and exam body, then upload your results. Note: Editing is not allowed once submitted.
- After completing all sections, print the Screening Registration Slip for your records.
- Log out and await further instructions from the University.
All prospective candidates are strongly advised to complete their Post-UTME application on time, as the portal will close once the deadline is reached. Missing the deadline may disqualify you from consideration.
